Green Onyx Palm Stone

Green Onyx Palm Stone

In crystal healing and metaphysical practices, green onyx is widely celebrated as the “Stone of Growth and Prosperity.” It beautifully marries the stabilizing, structural discipline of traditional onyx with the rejuvenating, compassionate energy of the color green.

Spiritual Meaning & Metaphysical Properties

• Emotional Balance & Soothing: It acts as a powerful "soother stone," absorbing intense worries, fears, and anxieties. It provides comfort during times of grief or emotional transition.

• Discipline & Willpower: Inheriting the foundational properties of the onyx family, it encourages self-mastery, focus, and increased mental endurance to complete daunting tasks.

• Heart-Mind Alignment: It is believed to bridge the gap between emotional desires and cognitive reasoning, helping you speak the truth directly from your heart center while maintaining logic.

Chakra Association

• Heart Chakra (Anahata): Because of its rich green color, it is primarily associated with the Heart Chakra. Working with this stone is said to clear emotional blockages, invite compassion, and open a balanced energetic pathway between your upper and lower chakras.

Zodiac Compatibility

• Gemini & Virgo: Green onyx shares a very strong cosmic connection to Gemini and Virgo. This is largely due to its planetary link with Mercury (the planet of intellect, memory, and cognitive focus), which rules both signs.

• Capricorn & Leo: It is also used by Capricorns to invite fun and expressions of joy into their hardworking lives, and by Leos to foster a safe space for vulnerability.

Elemental Association

• Earth Element: It is deeply bound to the Earth element. This elemental relationship anchors its steady, grounding properties, keeping you mentally centered in practical reality even as you seek higher spiritual growth.
